Classes include the
following Training:
*cardio kickboxing
- self-defense techniques
(punches, kicks, knees) on
heavy bags and kicking
shields
*circuit training - total body workout that includes the use of
equipment (i.e. medicine ball, weights, yoga ball, ab wheel)
*body sculpting - workouts targeting specific muscle groups
*self-defense - sparring in a controlled and safe environment using the
advanced and efficient techniques taught to our Team Execution fighters. (class
is optional and only given on certain days. Ask the Executive Fitness staff for
details.)
*cardio exercises - treadmill, stationary bike, sprints, calisthenics,
jump rope
Executive Fitness provides its members with the opportunity
to learn martial arts for self defense, fitness, and/or for the purpose of
fighting on one or more of our Team Execution competition teams. Our
instructors ensure that the training is executed in a controlled and
effective environment to maximize learning and safety.
